The cooler weather we've been waiting on is finally here. Time to hit the water with your musky tackle.
I've had several calls in the last 24 hours. The fishing is really picking up. Most fish are being caught along the weedlines between 10-18 feet of water. Gliders, bucktails and swimbaits are catching fish, as are suckers on quickstrike rigs.
Pewaukee, Okauchee, Oconomowoc, Fowler and Lac Labelle all gave up fish Saturday or Sunday.
