Under. All the way. The fish have moved into a post-spawn pattern. Males will be guarding fry all over the lake, but the larger female fish will be deep and lethargic.
The only out I will give myself on an under bet this week would be if someone catches a nice fish around spawning bluegills.
Rocks and rock/weed transitions will have active fish, but I think it's going to to be a tough night.
One last thing, we'll be getting a visit from the DNR at the weigh-in tonight. Make sure your fish measures.
